 Terms & Conditions For Online Purchase - Krafted .
You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order with Krafted.co.in By registering your phone number with Krafte.co.in
JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES/SALE IN INDIA ONLY
Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed on Krafted.co.in are solely for use in India. Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than India, do so on their own initiative and Krafted.co.in is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.
COMMUNICATION
By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
ONLINE PAYMENT
•    All payments need to be made via Krafted.co.in website only.
•    Payments to any other payment link or payments via cash are not the responsibility of Krafted.co.in and it will not be considered as a valid order.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDER
Krafted reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Krafted is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Krafted Retail policy, or for any other reason.
TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
It says to inspect the packaging but doesn’t say to not open the package. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately. No replacement No refund on damage. Only service will be provided within the time allotted to your customer ID. 
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
•    Products prearranged for delivery on COD basis are shipped only upon confirmation of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive of the goods.
•    Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
•    Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be specially ordered.
•    Items that are in transit through states requiring special entry permits or other taxes such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
DELAYS IN SHIPPING
In the event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by KRAFTED team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
•    Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is Shiprocket. You may expect to receive your order within 15-20 business days from the date of shipment.
•    Ground Shipping: Heavy items are shipped by ground service. You may expect to receive your order within 30-45 business days from the date of shipment.
•    Products with an 'International' label are imported from outside India and are delivered in 45-60 business days
IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME
If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery time frame, please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. In the event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbour, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
In the case of COD orders our courier will make one attempt to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. KRAFTED reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.

How quickly do you deliver?
Depends on the delivery location (15-20 days).
If I purchase from  Indore can it be delivered to other states in India?
Yes, Krafted.co.in will deliver the products PAN INDIA.
Do I have to pay Sales tax for my order?
No all the prices include of sales tax
How can I check if you deliver to my area?
Please check the serviceability by entering the Pin code on the pin code check area on the product page.
What payment methods you will accept?
You can use any one of the following payment methods: Credit card, Credit card EMI of leading banks, Debit card, Net Banking
Can the furniture be customized?
Bingo, we are working on it, soon you will be able to Customize it.
Which type of wood is used in sofa frames?
Majority of work is in Sheesham, and according to climate conditions we also work in Neem, Sangwan and jamoya.
Will the colour and look remain same as in web page?
All the pictures in the websites are taken using high resolution cameras, so based on your home interior and lights appearance may differ.
Note: During very hot climatic condition (summer), the wood may loose a bit of moisture. In case of uneven flooring split might occur. (It is not a damage and can be easily fixed.) 
•    Seasoned wood may also take up moisture during winters the chances are very low but slight differences might appear.
•    If the furniture seems to be imbalanced  it will gradually get adjusted by time.
Does the gloss remain same?
The gloss of the furniture may fade after six months. (It comes under maintenance and can be done by any near furniture engineer.)
